*Terms and conditions apply. Instrument pre-inspection is included with the Support Plan entitlement’s first preventive maintenance visit. Any parts or added maintenance required to bring instrument up to standard working order at first PM Service event, which are not part of standard Preventive Maintenance care, are not included in the contract entitlements and will be charged to client as incremental parts and added labor. The Field Service Engineer will provide a quote for incremental parts and labor as needed prior to executing repairs.
This promotion is open to customers in the US and Canada. Discount will apply to orders received by Unity Lab Services no later than July 31, 2019. Customer can use the discount only once [on one Essential Support Plan contract]. Discount only applies to a maximum of one contract for one instrument. Customer will receive a 10% discount for instruments within 6-10 years of life and 20% discount for instruments within 0-5 years of life. Instruments exceeding 10 years of age may also be eligible for a discount ranging between 0-10% at the discretion of Unity Lab Services. Discount applies to list price in effect at the time order is received by Unity Lab Services. Cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Offer void where prohibited, licensed or restricted by federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulation or agency/institutional policy. Other restrictions may apply.
